Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India:

• We provide free shipping for all orders above INR 40,000/
• On orders less than 40,000/- a shipping charge of INR 3000 to 5000 or charges as per actuals and destination.
• Please note: Cash on Delivery option is not available for International orders.

DISPATCH POLICY:

We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timelines are between 1-4 weeks for orders (this is sometimes because we make a new piece based on your order), however, For custom made orders - Pret pieces are typically shipped within 2 weeks, and for embellished products, it may take up to 4 weeks. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via Email provided by you while placing the orders. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1-4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 5-10 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may some time cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our Customer Service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest. Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:

You order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards Import, Customs & Taxes may be levied by the Custom authority which will be borne by you.
